Position Summary:

Supports the Family Nutrition Program (FNP) in the Southeast District. Serves as liaison between District Office, FNP Coordinator, FNP Project Director, and FNP employees to keep District informed of employee status changes, and to ensure appropriate personnel actions are processed in a timely manner to avoid overpayments. Serves as Dept. Admin User in People Admin for all FNP employees in respective District. Initiates and manages data entry in People Admin for all FNP positions in Southeast District. Serves as the data manager for selected FNP units and state. Serves as budget manager for both the FNP units. Serves as administrative support for District FNP Coordinator.

Required Qualifications:

Experience using computer applications (Word, Excel). Experience monitoring multiple budgets and managing multiple databases with accuracy. Experience following written and oral instructions with limited guidance. Experience compiling data, and following complicated procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Quicken, PowerPoint, and ERS/NEERS computerized record system, preparing accounting reports, completing computer data entry and experience with interacting with coworkers. Experience processing accounting forms.
