Position Summary:

Provides a full range of stockroom functions including receiving, shipping, issuing, ordering, inventorying, and storing products, supplies and equipment. Inspects and verifies all shipping and receiving documents and requisitions for discrepancies. Provides pick-up and delivery services. Uses a computer to enter, track, and inventory all items.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in and knowledge of a stockroom and warehouse. Experience with shipping and receiving, and inventory procedures. Experience making deliveries, loading and unloading product in a safe manner. Knowledge of storage/ handling techniques and safety regulations. Experience with operating equipment, such as forklifts, palletjacks, and handtrucks. Experience with inventory reports and spreadsheets, requisitions, invoices, and shipping logs. Demonstrated knowledge of computers and calculators. Demonstrated ability to read, write legibly, weigh, measure, and perform routine mathematical calculations. High school graduation or equivalent. Ability to communicate, work quickly and efficiently.
