Position Summary:

Assistant Director, Undergraduate Admissions

Reporting to an Associate Director in Undergraduate Admissions, (however, temporarily reporting directly to the AVPEM and Director of OUA), this position serves as one of a team of assistant directors who plan, implement and administer programs and initiatives designed to target, recruit, and enroll students in undergraduate degree programs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with admissions experience; experience working with diverse populations; demonstrated organizational skills to accommodate multiple priorities; exemplary interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with individuals and large groups; computer proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference for Master’s degree; experience in an admissions higher education setting.

Note: Must be willing to work a schedule that includes frequent evenings, weekends, holidays and out-of-town travel. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to independently move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
