Position Summary:

Shreds confidential paper records and degausses electronic storage media according to established policies and procedures (including box prep work required for shredding as necessary). Shelves records transferred to inactive storage, and retrieves box and folder requests for University Records Center customers.

Required Qualifications:

-Work experience in a warehouse or other production-related setting.
-Ability to stand for long periods at a time. -Ability to safely move and handle boxes weighing up to 35 pounds or more.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Work experience in a records center.
-Work experience operating high-capacity industrial paper shredders and/or order picker (at heights up to 50 feet).
