Position Summary:

This position is responsible for tracking the Smart Road billing and vehicle access to the Smart Road, scheduling events on the Smart Road for the current day and future dates, maximizing road use while ensuring safety on the Smart Road. Will work closely with all groups at VTTI, and facilitate an effective facility use schedule. Maintains positive interactions with all groups. Work with research, administrative, and development groups to ensure their goals and expectations are met. Motivated to work independently with little supervision
Excellent attendance record required, regardless of weather conditions.

Required Qualifications:

-Demonstrated trouble-shooting and problem solving
-Demonstrated ability to decipher information quickly and accurately.
-Demonstrated organizational skills.
-Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
-Demonstrated professional level customer service experience.
-Demonstrated ability to convey important information correctly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Demonstrated experience focusing on minute details and following protocols.
-Demonstrated experience multi-tasking, trouble-shooting and problem solving.

- Core hours of operation for the Smart Road are M-F 6am to 8pm, others hours are worked including weekends to fit the needs of studies.
